The Birthday Bear Boogie

This piece was painted in a small series where I wanted to capture the innocence and playful nature of childhood with personified bear cub figures. These three cubs are having a great time celebrating and dancing together in a circle with their birthday hats on! I hope seeing it brings you a feeling of levity and perhaps brings back some fond memories of your own. 

This painting measures 24 x 24 inches with 1.5 inch sides, and is acrylic on canvas. The edges are painted dark green to go with the forest background.
